Confetti Birthday Party - Inspiration Board

I love the idea of a confetti themed birthday party.  It's simple, traditional, festive and just a little bit delicate.  After seeing this darling smash cake, I was inspired and designed a new confetti themed birthday party invitation.  There are lots of great confetti inspired cakes, decorations and treats to create the perfect party!
You can view all of my sources and even more inspiration on my confetti party pinterest board.

Owl Birthday Party

My little girl is turning two in December and I'm already thinking about her party.  We've had a little bit of an owl theme in her bedroom, so it seems like a totally appropriate party theme as well.  Owls are just so darling and there are so many options to work them into a party.

Party Board #4 - Pumpkin Party

One of my most popular designs in the fall is the Little Pumpkin Spiderweb Birthday Invitation.  I'm no stranger to birthdays that happen to fall around a holiday (my little girl was born on Christmas Eve!), and for many parents it's easy to just design a party around the theme that's already there.  In the fall you've got your house decked out for Halloween and pumpkins abound, so they are easy to use for lots of great decor.  Check out my inspiration board below!

Jack-o-lantern Mason Jar lanterns, Carve the guest of honor's age in a pumpkin, Little Pumpkin Spiderweb Birthday Invitation, Pumpkin Pinatas, Pumpkin Lollipop Holder, Pumpkin Favors, Jack-o-lantern Veggie Tray, Orange and White Striped straws, Orange paper lanters, Jack-o-lantern seeds, Serve drinks in a pumpkin, Pumpkin Cake Pops

Party Board #3 - Tie Dye Party

My cute niece is a budding artist and recently turned 13.  She wanted to have a colorful tie dye party without being heavily themed with the often-tied-to-tie-dye peace signs, hippie references, or the 60's in general.  She provided white t-shirts for everyone to dye, but they could bring their own white articles to dye as well.  Darling, right?  I created this board more focused on color rather than just tie dye and found some great ideas and supplies for the perfect party.  I love the idea of focusing on warm (red, pink, orange, yellow) or cool (blue, green, aqua, purple) colors so it seems a little more focused and isn't just all over the rainbow (like a rainbow party should be).  This would work great for a colorful art themed party as well.  Here's the party board inspired by her colorful tie dye party!

Candles: Pretty Tall Candles
Cake: A Pretty Warm, Cool or Ombre Cake would work great!
Cookies: Tie Dye Cookies
Candy: Candy Kabobs
Invitation: Tie Dye Colorful Splats
Serving Bowls: Streak Dyed Bowl
Cups, Napkins, Plates: Summer Lovin'
Dip Dyed Paper Cups (for centerpieces or decor) from Design Sponge
Tie Dye Tissue Paper (for wrapping, decor, or as a craft) from Honest to Nod
Zig Zag Streamers from Oh Happy Day
